This is a black tea from Taiwan, oxidized to the extent of 90~100%. The leaves are fine and thin, with a hue of red, purple and black, adorned with golden white hair. When infused the tea will expand to big, tender, lively leaves, and the liquor is clear golden red. It has a pure rich taste with floral aroma. It has a powerful but sweet, pure and clean taste.
Recommended Steeping Instructions:
Use about 2~3 g (2~3 tsp) per 200 ml (6 oz) water
Steep 1 minutes in 80 to 88 °C (176 to 190 °F) water
