Pearl shaped natural whole loose leaves. This tea grows on high mountain in southwest China. The tea leaves are rolled into the shape of a small pearl and open beautifully into full leaf upon infusion. This variety has a mild fragrance of chestnut and a delicate, sweet taste. Upon infusion the tea reveals a bright green-gold color. The tea can be brewed up to 3 times without loss of flavor. This is a delightful tea for all senses –sight, taste and smell.
Recommended Steeping Instructions:
Use about 2~3 g (1~3 tsp) per 200 ml (6 oz) water
Steep 2~3 minutes in 80°C ~ 85°C (167°F ~ 185°F) water
