From Anxi Fujian. Some refers it to "monkey picked oolong". It is lightly roasted with floral aroma. The liquor is a pleasant clear yellow color and tastes smooth with a hint of orchid.  Can be infused as many as 7 times without loss of flavor.

Recommended Steeping Instructions:

Western style of steeping:

Use about 2~3 g (2~4 tsp) per 200 ml (6 oz) water

Rinse the tea with hot water and discard the liquid immediately

Steep 1 ~ 2 minutes in 80 to 88 °C (176 to 190°F) water, 3~6 infusions

Asian style of steeping:

Best to use gaiwan or clay teapot.

Use about 8 g per 300 ml (10 oz) water

Rinse the tea with hot water and discard the liquid immediately

Steep 9 seconds for the first infusion, 12 seconds for second,

15 seconds for the third, 18 seconds for the fourth upto 7 infusions without loss of flavor

In 80 to 88 °C (176 to 190°F) water
